Order Processing

Shipping Times

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Duties

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery of the package or issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, VEILED is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
